In my expirience, handstand is not just another posture… It is a journey that can teach us so much about building trust, finding the ground, playfulness and joy, curiosity, patience and concentration…
In this workshop we will build solid foundations for the pose, we will get to know the anatomy and the beautiful alignment that is needed in order to find our ease there...
We will play with different techniques to get into the pose and balancing there, and we will get to know a lot of preparation exercises for strengthening and mobilization in order to avoid injuries and create beneficial practice!
The workshop will take place in a beautiful terrace on the beach, just between Plaka and Lakos.
The recommended price is 25 EUR, but feel free to pay as much as you want and capable of.
